This is a detailed site which features guidelines for tourism economic impact assessment applicable to events/facilities. It also reviews non-market (social) value estimation for festivals and events. It is a comprehensive resource. The Nova Scotia Department of Tourism, Culture and Heritage were a financial contributor to this project.
