This page contains four input spreadsheets designed to go with the Questionnaires and Coding Guides. Use these blank templates to enter the data collected using the questionnaires (using the guides found in step 5). Once your data is saved into one of the spreadsheets, email the file to Dr. Brian Vanblarcom. You should expect to recieve a completed impact analysis within 1 month.
